  • Compliance: ISO 13485, CE/DoC, FSC; editable IFU/labels for localization; vigilance and post-market processes.
  • Operations: predictable capacity, shelf-life ≥ 3 years for sterile goods, robust packaging for heat/humidity.
  • Commercials: workable MOQs (≤ one pallet/SKU when possible), lead time ≤ 45–60 days, samples in 2–3 weeks, pricing that enables ≥ 30–40% GM after landed costs.
