Who we are

Atipay Medical Co. is a private joint-stock company within Parmis Medical Holding. Established in 1993 and headquartered in Tehran, we import and distribute reliable medical disposables across Iran. We combine ISO-certified quality systems, nationwide logistics, and strong regulatory know-how to launch and scale brands quickly and safely. Our team of 51–100 professionals covers business development, sales, RA/QA, logistics, finance, and clinical education.

Quality & compliance

We operate an ISO-anchored QMS (ISO 13485:2016 and ISO 9001:2015) with supplier qualification, batch traceability, vigilance and post-market processes. Certificates can be provided on request and published for download on the website.

Market access & regulatory

Our RA/QA teams prepare MOH dossiers for imported products, manage labeling/IFU and change control, and oversee vigilance activities. Where MOH incentives clearly improve tender or logistics positioning, bulk import with local packaging/finishing may be considered as an optional later-phase pathway under agreed QA/RA controls.

 

Relationships & resources

We maintain constructive relationships with MOH, MOC, major banks, universities, and hospital networks. Reliable access to financial channels and an expert consultant pool in clinical fields support faster onboarding and safer adoption.
